We send you an investor form for you to sign and invest in your multifamily property.
STEP 4: COLLECT YOUR MONTHLY RETURN
Your monthly returns will be deposited via ACH to your account of choice.
Property Acquisition Criteria
Our company is focused on investing in cash flowing mutifamily properties where capital improvements and operational efficiencies result in improved profitability.
Properties located in growing metro areas and emerging sub-markets.
Class B and C properties with opportunity of increased cash flows through capital improvements, renovations and improved operations.
50-200 unit multifamily properties in markets with employment growth, population growth and other key rental demand drivers.
Up to $20M total capitalization.
Our list of repeat investors enable the capital allocations necessary for us to close quickly on profitable properties at the contracted price.

Meet The Team
Oscar Alonzo, Founder
Oscar Alonzo is the founder of TriLight Capital, a private equity real estate investment company located in the Kansas City Metro.
Oscar is responsible for developing and executing the company’s long-term objectives and growth strategies, as well as managing day-to-day operations.
Oscar is a passionate Multifamily Syndicator holding a dual degree in Chemical and Industrial Engineering as well as a
Masters Degree in Business Administration from Arizona State University.
Oscar resides in the Kansas City area with his loving wife and two beautiful daughters.
Jennifer Barner, Acquisition Specialist
Jennifer Barner is a real estate syndicator and investment specialist with a real estate background in asset management, rehabbing blighted homes and managing rental properties.
Jennifer started her real estate career in November 2015, studying under the Rich Dad Program.
As a real estate investor, she is the General Partner of 477 doors in and across Arkansas, North Carolina, Georgia, with another 217 under contract in Florida and South Carolina.
Jennifer lives in the Kansas City area with her husband and is mom to four children.
